Due to the revised provisions of the Federal Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading Act (SESTA) and of the Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Banking Commission on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading (SESTO-FBC) please note that on 8 April 2008 Mr. Andreas Andreades (310 Harrington Court, 13 Harrington Road, London SW7 3ES, United Kingdom) held 3,01% of the voting rights (Purchase position: 1’755’913 voting rights) in TEMENOS Group AG by holding 177’851 registered shares and by holding equity based share purchase rights equivalent to 1’578’062 voting rights. The sale position of Mr. Andreas Andreades is equivalent to 0% of TEMENOS Group AG registered capital. According to this formula, the maximum number of shares depends on the actual TEMN stock price as well as on the USD/CHF exchange rate. With Recommendation of 30 April 2008 the SWX Disclosure Office released Mr. Andreades from a permanent monitoring of his positions. A recalculation is only required in case of acquiring or selling shares, if new rights were granted or if existing rights were exercised. Please note that Mr. Andreades’ shareholding in TEMENOS Group AG fell below the 3% threshold on 30 April 2008.
