USI Group Holdings AG has been notified by The European Asset Value Fund c/o Bennet House, 54 St James’s Street, London SW1A 1JT, that it directly or indirectly holds a total of 34,266 registered shares of USI Group Holdings AG, Bahnhofstrasse 106, 8023 Zurich, Switzerland, with a nominal value of CHF 86.65 each, corresponding to 4.28% of the voting rights in the registered share capital of USI Group Holdings AG. The shares are held by Pictet et Cie (Europe) SA of 1 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg, as nominee. This notification is made in respect of USI-USA I LLC, Equinox USI Limited and The European Asset Value Fund as a result of changes made to the Ordinance of the Swiss Federal Banking Commission on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading which became effective on 1 December 2007.
