Transfer of shares of Credit Suisse Group AG from Qatar Holding LLC to Qatar Holding Netherlands B.V. (wholly-owned indirect subsidary of Qatar Holding LLC). This is a resubmission of the publication of July 29, 2010 and comprises additional information with respect to the Group structure of Qatar group. Qatar Holding LLC transferred its entire direct holding of shares in Credit Suisse Group AG to its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Qatar Holding Netherlands B.V. and retained its short position in the shares of Credit Suisse Group AG. Direct holder after the transfer: 1) Long position - Qatar Holding Netherlands BV - Qatar Holding LLC owns the entire share capital of Qatar Holding Luxembourg II Sarl - Qatar Holding Luxembourg Sarl owns the entire share capital of Qatar Holding Netherlands BV 2) Short position - Qatar Holding LLC continues to hold the short position detailed below. Qatar Holding LLC is controlled by Qatar Investment Authority which was founded and is owned by the State of Qatar.
