We refer to the disclosures of shareholdings in Züblin Immobilien Holding AG ("Züblin") dated 17. October 2006, 7 October 2008 and 25 November 2009 and notify you of the changes described in this letter. This changes should be read in the context of the original disclosures. On November 15, 2010 the members of Westblaak Ventures B.V., with its registered seat in Amsterdam and its office at Groen von Prinsterlaan 37, 3818 JN Amersfoort, the Netherlands ("Westblaak"), decided to liquidate Westblaak and to distribute the shares in Zülbin held by Westblaak to its shareholders. Therefore, the group consisting of Westblaak, Bruin I S.à.r.l. 13-15Avenue de la Libertè, L-1931 Luxembourg ("Bruin") and Forum Eruopean Realty Income L.P., c/o Walkers SPV Limited, Waalker House, 87 Mary Street, George Town, Grand Cayman, KYI-9002, Cayman Islands ("Forum"), as discolsed on 25 November 2009, is dissoved as of the of the respective dissolution agreement. As a result of this allocation, Barron INternational Holdings Ltd. holds 4'356'344 shares (corresponding to 7.29% of Züblin's voting rights ursuant to the current inscription in the commercial register of 59'724'486 shares). Barron International Holdings Ltd. P.O. Box 472, 50 Town Range, Gibraltar,. Barron International Holdings Ltd. is controlled by The Barron Trust, whose trustee is Nerine Trust Company Ltd. P.O. Box 434, Nerine House, St. George's place, St. Peter Port, GY13ZG, Guernsey, was founded in favour of members of the family of Jan Bosch.
