The Seventh Private Equity Portfolio I Sub-Fund of SEVENTH Private Equity Investments plc, Segrave House, 19/20 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2, Ireland which is an Irish regulated investment company of which Sjunde AP-fonden owns more than 99.9% of the issued share capital and 4.9% of the total voting rights has sold 407'450 shares of Castle Private Equity AG. In addition, Sjunde AP-fonden has directly sold 1'000'000 shares of Castle Private Equity AG. After this transaction Sjunde AP-fonden will hold directly 1.74% of the shares of Castle Private Equity AG while Seventh Private Equity Portfolio I Sub-Fund will no longer hold any shares in Castle Private Equity AG.
