The shares in Castle Private Equity AG are owned by the following entities (each, a "Fund ): (i) Abrams Capital Partners I, LP., a Delaware limited partnership - 295,170 shares; (ii) Abrams Capital Partners II, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership 3,633,876 shares; (iii) Whitecrest Partners, LP, a Delaware limited partnership 478,475 shares; and (iv) Great Hollow International, L.P., a Cayman Islands limited partnership - 310,275 shares. The principal place of business of each Fund is 222 Berkeley Street, 22nd Floor, Boston, MA 02116, USA. The address of the registered office of Great Hollow International, L.P, is M&C Corporate Services Limited, P.O. Box 309 GT. Ugland House, South Church Street, George Town, Cayman Islands. The Investment manager of each Fund is Abrams Capital Management, L.P. ("Abrams LP"), a Delaware limited partnership that changed its name from Pamet Capital Management, LP on 31 December 2010. The general partner of Abrams LP is Abrams Capital Management, LLC ( Abrams LLC ), a Delaware limited liability company that changed its name from Pamet Capital Management, LLC on 31 December 2010, David Abrams is the managing member of Abrams LLC and, in such capacity, Mr. Abrams controls Abrams LLC. The principal place of business of Abrams LP and Abrams LLC is 222 Berkeley Street, 22nd Floor, Boston, MA 02116, USA. Pursuant to an investment management agreement between each Fund and Abrams LP, Abrams LP makes all investment decisions and exercises all voting rights on behalf of the Funds.
