Expected within approximately 3 months; subject to satisfaction of certain closing conditions With each of the following five sellers (representing all together totally 3'307'956 Company Shares, i.e. 31.13 % of all voting rights), NIBE Industrier AG (publ.) has concluded on April 10, 2011 a separate share purchase agreement under which each of the sellers is obliged to vote his Company Shares in favour of an abolition of the registration and voting restrictions at present included in Art. 5 para 1 section 1 and para 2 as well as Art. 14 para 2 and 3 of the Company's articles of association at the Company's annual general meeting. In addition, the sellers have agreed to abstain from any sale and purchase of any Company shares until six months after expiry of the supplementary acceptance period of the takeover offer published by NIBE Industrier AG (publ.) to the shareholders of the Company on April 11,2011. Based on the above mentioned voting obligation, the following sellers from a group acting in concert between the signing of the share purchase agreements until the time of the Company's sharesholders' meeting on April 14, 2011: - Rudolf Kägi, Männedorf - Paul O. Rutz, Feldmeilen - Gabriela Rutz, Zürich - Andrea Malär, Vinelz - MBM Management Beratung AG, c/o BB Treuhand AG, Baarerstrasse 75, CH-6300 Zug, which is directly held and controlled by Andrea Malär, Vinelz For the purpose of this notification, the person responsible for representing all group members is Rudolf Kägi, Männedorf
