BlackRock, Inc., acting through a number of its Group companies, has accepted the Public Exchange Offer made by Swiss Re Ltd for shares in Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd. The additional acceptance period expired on 7 June 2011. As a result, BlackRock, Inc., has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights or registered shares/other share acquisition rights in Swiss Reinsurance Company Ltd.
