Acting in its capacity as a US registered investment adviser, First Eagle Investment Management, LLC ("FEIM") purchased 4.256 shares of Autoneum Holding AG ("Autoneum") on August 12, 2011 on behalf of various client accounts. As a result, FEIM's ownership in Autoneum increased above the 5% threshold to 236.554 shares, or 5.06% of the outstanding voting rights of Autoneum. Please also note that 3.630 of the 4.256 shares purchased by FEIM on August 12, 2011 were on behalf of the First Eagle Overseas Fund (the "Fund"). As a result, the Fund's ownership increased to 197'556 shares, or 4,23% of the outstanding voting rights of Autoneum.
