Castle Alternative Invest AG (Castle AI), held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 17 May 2011. The AGM approved a share capital reduction by way of cancellation of 2,225,464 shares being the number of shares purchased in last year s second line buyback programme. The cancellation process has now been completed and the shares duly cancelled. Accordingly, the share capital of Castle AI has been reduced from CHF 98,535,300 to CHF 87,407,980 or 17,481,596 shares.
