Castle Alternative Invest AG (the Company ) currently operates a second trading line on the SIX Swiss Exchange (ticker: CASNE). Under the current buyback programme, the Company has to date (07.03.2012) purchased 928,779 shares on its second trading line. It is intended that these shares be cancelled in due course. The total number of shares currently in issue is 17,481,596 of which 928,779 (5.31%) are referred to above and 1,735,487(9.93%) are shares held in treasury. Thus the Company reports a total holding of 15.24% of its own shares. Of the 1,735,487 treasury shares, Swiss Life is the beneficial owner of 862,406 shares; however the whole of 1,735,487 shares have been considered as treasury shares, also for reporting purposes.
