Silver Point Capital, L.P. is controlled by its general partner Silver Point Capital Management, LLC. Edward A. Mulé is the managing member of and thereby controls Silver Point Capital Management, LLC. The principal place of business of Silver Point Capital, L.P. and Silver Point Capital Management, LLC is Two Greenwich Plaza, 1st Floor, Greenwich, CT 06830, U.S.A. On December 28, 2012, Silver Point Capital Fund, L.P. sold shares in gategroup Holding AG and entered into an equity swap agreement referencing shares in gategroup Holding AG. Shares and financial instruments in gategroup Holding AG are held directly by the following entities: (i) Silver Point Capital Fund, L.P., c/o Silver Point Capital, L.P., Two Greenwich Plaza, 1st Floor, Greenwich, CT 06830, U.S.A.; (ii) Silver Point Capital Offshore Master Fund, L.P., c/o Silver Point Capital, L.P., Two Greenwich Plaza, 1st Floor, Greenwich, CT 06830, U.S.A.; and (iii) Offshore Asset Holding Vehicle B, Ltd, c/o Silver Point Capital, L.P., Two Greenwich Plaza, 1st Floor, Greenwich, CT 06830, U.S.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Silver Point Capital Offshore Master Fund, L.P.
