In addition to the notification of the acquisition as of January 17, 2013, this notification serves as a correction of the notification published on February 03, 2012 regarding Travel Retail Investment SCA: dissolution of the group originally consisting Petrus PTE Ltd., Witherspoon Investment LLC, and funds of Advent International Corporation because of the complete instead of the erroneously assumed partial dissolution of the group (no crossing of threshold). Funds managed by Advent International Corporation and Global Retail Group S.à r.l. left the group of shareholders as a result of an internal reorganization at the level of Travel Retail Investment SCA; as a result, Petrus PTE Ltd. is the controlling shareholder of Travel Retail Investment SCA (see also notification of Advent International Corporation of 31 January 2012). Travel Retail Investment S.C.A., is controlled by Petrus PTE Ltd, which holds the majority of the shares in Travel Retail Investment S.C.A. and the majority of the shares in Travel Retail S.à.r.l., which is the general partner and sole manager of Travel Retail investment S.C.A. Petrus PTE Ltd, is held by the revocable The Bingo Trust; Mr. Andres Holzer Neumann is the settlor of The Bingo Trust and exercises indirect control over The Bingo Trust. Travel Retail Investment S.C.A. holds part of the shares and all financial instruments. Mr. Andres Holzer Neumann holds a number of shares directly. The remaining shares are directly held by (i) Petrus Pte., Ltd. (ii) Consorcio Metropolitano Inmobiliario, S.A. de C.V.; Inmobiliaria Coapa Larca, S.A. de C.V.; Holzer y Cia, S.A. de C.V.; Negocios Creativos, S.A. de C.V.; and Inmobiliaria Castellanos, SA de CV All of these companies are directly held by Grupo Industrial Omega S.A. de C.V., which is controlled by Mr. Andres Holzer Neumann. (iii) Grupo Industrial Omega S.A. de C.V.
