Crossing of the 3% threshold through acquiring 3,640,000 (3,8%) shares in the open market. The September 27, 2013 purchase combined with Avenue's 1,219,841 (1,03%) shares already owned gives Avenue a holding of 4,859,841 shares (i.e. 4,11%). GL Europe Luxembourg Sarl is wholly owned by GL Europe Holdings II Sarl which is wholly owned by GL Europe Luxembourg LLC. The members of GL Europe Luxembourg LLC are Avenue Europe Investments, L.P., Avenue Europe International Master, L.P., Avenue CDP Global Opportunities Fund, L.P., Avenue Europe Special Situations Fund, L.P., Avenue Europe Special Situations Fund (Parallel II), L.P., Avenue-SLP European Opportunities Fund, L.P., Avenue Europe Opportunities Master Fund, L.P., Avenue Europe Special Situations Fund II (Euro), L.P., and Avenue Europe Special Situations Fund II (U.S.), L.P., (collectively the "Funds").These Funds have delegated all voting shares of GL Europe Luxembourg Sarl to the Investment Manager of the Funds, Avenue Europe International Management, L.P., 399 Park Avenue, 6th floor, New York, New York 10022, USA. Mr. Marc Lasry is the ultimate decision and thus beneficial owner of the Funds and of the Investment Manager, Avenue Europe International Management, L.P.
