Aviva France SA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aviva plc, as is Aviva Investors Global Services Limited (Registered Office: 1 Poultry, London, EC2R 8 EJ, UK), who acquired the shares on behalf of Aviva France SA. 3,637,783 shares are non-beneficially held in various retail funds, managed by Aviva Investors Global Services Limited (Registered Office: 1 Poultry, London, EC2R 8 EJ, UK).
