The Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) on 13 May 2014 approved a share capital reduction by way of cancellation of 993,500 shares. The cancellation process has now been completed and the shares duly cancelled. Thus, the issued shares of the Company will amount to 12,378,210 registered shares with a par value of CHF 5 each. This was duly published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on 12 August 2014. As a result of the cancellation, the Company's holding of its own shares will amount to 2.42% of the reduced issued share capital, comprising 300,000 shares bought to date in the second line share buyback programme, but not yet cancelled.
