Accession of BASF Venture Capital GmbH to a lock-up group of the securityholders of Allylix Inc., a Delaware company, following the conclusion of a lock-up agreement in the context of the acquisition of Allylix Inc., by Evolva Holding SA in a share exchange transaction. Remark: Allylix Inc. and the securityholders of Allylix Inc. have been granted an easing from the requirements of art. 22 para. 1 SESTO-FINMA by recommendation of the Disclosure Office of 8 December 2014.
