Dufry AG ("Dufry") announced that subscription rights for 9,744,390 new ordinary shares of Dufry ("New Shares") have been exercised and the company's registered capital has increased to 52,062,519 registered shares. Public Sector Pension Investment Board ("PSP") held 1,945,553 issue rights of Dufry in the aggregate, and exercised 1,937,329 of such issue rights, which correspond to the subscription of 1,210,830 New Shares. After the capital increase, PSP's holdings of ordinary shares in Dufry has fallen below the 3% threshold.
