A new intermediate Holding Company, Ameriprise International Holdings GmbH has been included in the Ameriprise Financial, Inc. ownership structure and has changed the chain of control from that stated in the previous disclosure for Burckhardt Compression Holding AG. Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ameriprise International Holdings GmbH, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of the ultimate parent undertaking, Ameriprise Financial, Inc. Threadneedle Asset Management Limited has voting control of all Shares declared in this disclosure.
