A new intermediate holding company, Ameriprise International Holdings GmbH has been included in the Ameriprise Financial, Inc. ownership structure and has changed the chain of control from that stated in the previous disclosure for BELIMO Holding AG. Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Ameriprise International Holdings GmbH, which is itself a wholly owned subsidiary of the ultimate parent undertaking, Ameriprise Financial, Inc. Threadneedle Asset Management Limited has voting control of all shares declared in this disclosure. Threadneedle Asset Management Ltd is wholly owned by TC Financing Limited, which is itself wholly owned by Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited, which is itself wholly owned by TAM UK Holdings Ltd, which is itself wholly owned by Threadneedle Holdings Limited, which is itself wholly owned by Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, which is itself wholly owned by Ameriprise International Holdings GmbH, which is itself wholly owned by Ameriprise Financial, Inc.
