On 12 October 2015 Castle Private Equity Ltd. announced a share buyback programme by issuing put options tradable on SIX Swiss Exchange. The put options have been traded from 15 October 2015 to and including 28 October 2015. Every 12 put options entitled shareholders to tender one registered share at the exercise price of CHF 20.00. In total, 28,249,267 put options have been exercised. The 2,354,105 registered shares tendered correspond to 7.03% of the share capital and voting rights registered in the commercial register. The net purchase price (exercise price minus 35% withholding tax calculated on the difference between the exercise price and the nominal value) will be paid on 2 November 2015. It is intended that approval for the cancellation of all registered shares repurchased will be sought at the Annual General Meeting in 2016.
