The immediate parent of DMBT is Delaware Management Company Inc. which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Delaware Investments U.S., Inc. The ultimate parent company of Delaware investments U.S. is Macquarie Group Limited. Macquarie Funds Management Hong Kong is a Macquarie Group Company.
