The Annual General Meeting on 10 May 2016 approved a share capital reduction by way of cancellation of 1,102,327 shares. The cancellation process has now been completed and the shares duly cancelled. Thus, the issued shares of the Company will amount to 9,653,732 registered shares with a par value of CHF 5 each. This was duly published in the Swiss Official Gazette on 5 August 2016. As a result of the cancellation, the Company's holding of its own shares will amount to 4.63% of the reduced issued share capital, comprising 127,000 shares bought to date in the second line share buyback program, 5,076 shares from previous second line buyback program and 315,459 shares tendered per put option in June 2016, but not yet cancelled.
