On 6 December 2016, after close of trading, acquisition rights (CH0342833164) relating to the shares in the Company were received pursuant to the rights offering as described in the Offering Memorandum dated 5 December 2016. A sale of equity shares on 7 December 2016 resulted in voting rights proportions falling below the 5% threshold and created the obligation to notify. Concurrently with this sale of shares the instruction to excercise the alloted rights to purchase offered shares in the company's right offering was submitted. On 8 December 2016, a further disposal of shares was made, but the voting rights proportions remained between the thresholds of 5% and 3% taking into account the voting rights conferred to the subscription rights and the announced captial increase pursuant to the rights offering.
