NNS Jersey Trust, the trusteee of which is Elian Corporate Trustee (Cayman) Limited, Camana Bay, Grand Cayman KY1-9007, Cayman Islands. The NNS Jersey Trust is an irrevocable and discretionary trust settlement under the laws of the Cayman Island by Mr. Nessef Sawiris, 2005A-Corniche El Nil, Cairo, Egypt. Mr. Nassef Sawiris and his descendants as well as charities are the beneficiaries of the trust. NNS Luxembourg S.a.r.l. is a company organised under the form of a private limited liability company (societe a responsbilite limiteee) incorporated and existing under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, having its registered office at 7, rue Fort Elisabeth, L-1463 Luxembourg and registered with the Luxembourg trade and companies register under registration number B 124806. The modification of NNS group legal structure implemented on 16 December 2016 and having triggered the present disclosure requirement doe not result in any change in NNS group economic interest in LafargeHolcim Ltd.
