( CI ) as an investment fund manager of the funds named below, and a wholly owned subsidiary of CI Financial Corp., a company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange at the same address indicated below. 2 Queen Street East, 20th Floor Toronto, Ontario M5C 3G7, Canada The shares of Aryzta AG are held in the Funds portfolios. None of the Funds have reached or exceeded the 3% threshold. No investor in the Funds, neither legally nor factually, can give instructions with respect to a specific investment or influence voting. Black Creek Investment Management Inc. ("Black Creek"), at the address of 1200-123 Front Street West, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2M2, Canada, is the portfolio advisor for the Funds. As per an investment advisory agreement between CI and Black Creek, Black Creek is responsible for making discretionary investment decisions on behalf of the Funds and is authorized to exercise the voting rights for the securities held in the Funds at its own discretion.
