The only donor of Hainan Province Cihang Foundation is the Hainan Airlines Company Limited Employees Union Committee, Haikou, Hainan Province, People's Republic of China. Hongkong Huihaisheng Investment Co. Limited and Success Horizon Limited are indirectly fully owned by HNA Group Co., Ltd., Haikou, Hainan Province, People's Republic of China, which in turn is indirectly controlled by Hainan Province Cihang Foundation.
