Hong Kong Huihaisheng Investment Co. Limited and Success Horizon Limited are indirectly fully owned by HNA Group Co., Ltd., Haikou, Hainan Province, People's Republic of China, which in turn is indirectly controlled by Hainan Province Cihang Foundation.
