The shares of ARYTZA AG (the "Company") are owned by numerous third party beneficiaries (each a "Clienf') whose assets are managed on a discretionary basis by various legal entities within the State Street group of companies (the "State Street group"). None of the individual Clients holds over 3% of ,the issued share capital of the Company. The voting rights that are attached to each Client's shareholding in the Company are aggregated and are under the control of State Street Corporation, which is the ultimate parent of the State Street group. State Street Bank and Trust Company is the holder of securities subject to an obligation to return under a securities lending agreement, Part 4 (item 1 and 2).
