First day of trading of shares in CEVA Logistics AG On 19 April 2018, CEVA Logistics AG and CMA CGM S.A. entered into a relationship agreement concerning the investment of CMA CGM S.A. in CEVA Logistics AG, in which CMA CGM S.A. agreed, inter alia, to vote all shares held by it directly or indirectly in any ordinary and extraordinary shareholders' meeting of CEVA Logistics AG in favour of the nomination of the candidates for the board members to be recommended by the board of directors.
