Alantra EQMC Asset Management SGIIC, S.A. ("Alantra EQMC") is an investment manager which has been appointed by EQMC Europe Development Capital Fund, plc ("EQMC") and Mercer QIF Common Contractual Fund ("Mercer" and together with EQMC the "Funds")as investment manager and sub-investment manager respectively. According to the management agreements of the Funds, Alantra EQMC has the power to issue instructions on behalf of the Funds as to whether and in what manner all rights (including, without limitation, voting rights conferred by the Fund`s investments in Gurit Holding AG) shall be executed. As a consequence of the transaction executed on June 22, 2018, the voting rights in Gurit Holding AG managed by Alantra EQMC have crossed the 3% threshold due to a joint acquisition of the Funds.
