Publication of capital increase in the Swiss Gazette of Commerce Tweedy, Browne Global Value Fund ("TBGVF"), a series (sub-fund) of Tweedy, Browne Fund Inc. with head office at One Station Place, Stamford, CT 06902 / USA, is a subdivision of Tweedy, Browne Fund Inc. (the "Company"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland. The Company is an open-end registered investment company registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Shares of TBGVF are publicly offered in the U.S. The investment manager for TBGVF is Tweedy, Browne Company LLC ("TBC"), an investment adviser registered with the SEC. Pursuant to an investment advisory agreement between TBGVF and TBC, TBGVF has delegated voting authority with respect to 218,165 shares of Coltene Holding AG (the "Shares") to TBC. TBC is not an economic beneficiary of any of the Shares. TBGVF is the sole economic beneficiary of the Shares. Reference is made to TBC's separate Disclosure of Shareholding dated 13 October 2017 ("TBC's Disclosure Statement") which is accompanying this filing. The 218,165 Shares disclosed herein are also disclosed in TBC's Disclosure Statement. The figures regarding the participation are updated as of 13 October 2017.
