Repurchase of 2,193,395 shares in the context of the Partial Self Tender Offer at fixed price settled on 23 May. Cancellation of the above mentioned repurchased shares on the 28 September 2018. Sealine Investments LP is a subsidiary 100% controlled by lastminute.com NV entitled to purchase lastminute.com shares. After AGM approval, the company is also entitled to buy shares from lastminute.com and the Group is entitled to transfer such treasury shares from the lastminute.com custody account to the Sealine one and viceversa.
