There have been several changes in equity positions: 1. Evolva issued 20m new shares from conditional capital for financing purposes (Art. 3A) on 28 June 2019. These are now in treasury at Evolva and may be used for general financing purposes, in particular for the SEDA facility. 2. In February 2019 Evolva issued 5m new shares from conditional capital for employee incentive plans. Most of these shares have been used for the vesting of incentive instruments, and the remainder is shown under treaesury shares. 3. There were several grants of equity instruments for Evolva employees and Board of Directors, which should be considered disposal positions from Evolva's perspective. 4. The number of potential shares to be issued under the SEDA facility (announced in a press release in March 2017) has been recalculated based on the current share price of CHF 0.1950 and a discount of 5%. The combined effect of these changes has lifted the total percentage of disposal positions above 25%. Evolva AG is a 100% subsidiary of Evolva Holding SA.
