There have been several changes in equity positions: 1. There was a grant of equity instruments for Evolva employees and Board of Directors, which should be considered disposal positions from Evolva's perspective. 2. The number of potential shares to be issued under the SEDA facility (announced in a press release in March 2017) has been recalculated by Yorkville based on the share price of 2 August 2019 of CHF 0.1708 and a discount of 5%. Yorkville informed Evolva about the crossing of the threshold of 20% on 8 August 2019, triggering this notification. Evolva AG is a 100% subsidiary of Evolva Holding SA.
