Addex Therapeutics crossed up the 25% and 33.33% thresholds on share and purchase positions following the subscription by Addex Pharma SA of 16,000,000 new shares issued in the capital increase executed on February 2, 2022 and published in the SHAB on February 4, 2022. Addex therapeutics crossed down the 50% sale threshold following the capital increase. Following Securities Purchase Agreement signed on December 16, 2021, all shares held in purchase position cannot be sold until March, 21 2022.
