Acquisition of options to receive ordinary shares of CHF 0.10 nominal value in realm of employee stock option plan. The option to receive ordinary shares of CHF 0.10 nominal value up to a value of USD 23,000,000 was granted in connection with a share deal and outstanding payment obligations thereunder, subject to certain conditions. The notified purchase positions are not subject to the lock- up group disclosed with notification published on 2 June 2021 and neither to the lock-up group disclosed with a notification submitted on 6 April 2022.
