Acquisition of call option/warrant in relation to Single Class Shares (as defined below), i.e. new registered shares with a par value of CHF 0.10 each in Talenthouse AG ("B- Shares") to be created as part of a planned ordinary capital increase (with simultaneous reduction of the par value of the existing registered shares to CHF 0.02 each) ("Planned Capital Increase"), after having been split according to the ratio 1:5 ("Split"), as this is planned by the Company at a later stage after implementation of the Planned Capital Increase (B-Shares after the Split "Single Class Shares"). The notified purchase positions are not subject to the lock- up group disclosed with notification published on 2June 2021 and neither to the lock-up group disclosed with notification published on 8 April 2022.
