Following the acquisition, Green Street Global Investments Limited has acquired 3 million shares of Arundel AG as a set off of debt owed to an indirect subsidiary of Arundel AG. The new shares are expected to be issued on or after 12 December 2023 at which time a further notification will be submitted with the percentage ownership of the increased issued share capital base. Mr T L Chandran is the ultimate beneficial owner of all the investments owned by Green Street Global Investments Limited ("GSGI"). GSGI is the holder of the Arundel shares.
