As a consequence of this change and in accordance with article 10 section 5 SESTO-Finma, Bank of America no longer discloses BlackRock Investement Management's positions of the listed company. As of Feb 27, 2009 BlackRock Investment Management (UK) Limited, 33 King William Street, London, EC4R 9AS, is no more considered as a controlled subsisiary in the meaning of article 10 section 2 litera c SESTO-Finma.
