Cevian Capital II GP Limited's shares are primarily held by FPCZ Non-ECI LLC, Gardell Holding Ltd., Forberg Holding Ltd. and Casserlöv Holding AB. FPCZ Non-ECI LLC is indirectly held by Paine & Parnters Capital Fund III CZ I LP through Capital Z N2 Alternative Investors LLC, FP III Non-ECI Holdings LLC and Paine & Partners Capital Fund III CZ I Blocker Ltd. Paine & Partners Capital Fund III CZ I, L.P.is a limited partnership whose control lies with its general partner, Paine & Partners Capital Fund III GP, L.P. The control of Paine & Partners Capital Fund III GP, L.P. lies with its general partner, Paine & Partners Capital Fund III GP, Ltd., which does not have any single person/ entity or coordinated group which exercises control. Gardell Holding Ltd is indirectly held by Gardell Holding AB and Mr. Christer Gardell. Forberg Holding Ltd is indirectly held by Mountbrook Ltd and Mr. Lars Förberg.
