Castle Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 3AT (legal owner), acting in a capacity as a general partner of Ares Life Sciences L.P., a limited partnership whose principal place of business is at Ground Floor, Liberation House, Castle Street, 5t Helier, Jersey JE2 3AT. The investment of the Beneficial Owners in Ares Life Sciences L.P. is held through Omega Funds IV Limited, a company whose registered office is at 13 Broad Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands. The Beneficial Owners hold the shares of Omega Funds IV Limited through the Landmark Limited Partnership, a limited partnership whose principal place of business is at 13 Broad Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands, on the one hand, and Bertarelli SCA, a partnership limited by shares whose registered office is at 412, Route d'Esch, 1030 Luxembourg, on the other hand.
