Date of first trading day: 09.06.2010 This Notification sets forth the shareholdings in OC Oerlikon Corporation AG, Pfäffikon (the "Company") by the group of shareholders consisting of the lenders of record (the "Lenders"), the sub-participants and the Company as further specified by the recommendations of the Disclosure Office. Further, as agreed with the Disclosure Office, Renova will not form part of this group. Pursuant to the recommendations of the Disclosure Office the group must monitor its holdings in the Company on a bi-weekly basis and file a disclosure notification within two trading days, once a disclosure obligation was triggered. Please note that, as agreed with the Disclosure Office, in any future periodical disclosure notification, the Company will not publish any information relating to the category of Lenders and sub-participants holding less than 0.25% of the voting rights in the Company anymore (except for changes within this category). Of the 73'441'747 shares held by this Group, 67'123'748 shares, which correspond to 20.78% of the Company's voting rights, are subject to a lock-up obligation of 60 days as from 9 June 2009. In addition, 120'030'448 shares held by certain affiliates of Renova Industries Ltd., which correspond to 37.15% of the Company s voting rights, are subject to a lock-up obligation of 60 days as from 9 June 2009. The total number of shares subject to lock-up obligations of 60 days as from 9 June 2009 is 187'154'196 shares, which correspond to 57.93% of the Company's voting rights.
