Type of undesranding: Co-ownership of shares of Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings SA (ISIN Code: CH0021194664) through a company (4T SA) The old Group made of Mr. Andrew Rybicki and family and composed of Mr. Andrew Rybicki, Ms. Maria Rybicki, Ms. Catherine Rybicki-Justo and Ms. Sofia Justo is enlarged to include all the other beneficial owners listed in Part 1. Existance of 4T shareholder group is subject to Swiss Takeover Board approval. In the absence of such approval, the new shareholder group will be dissolved and the old group of shareholders represented by Mr. Andrew Rybicki and family will remain in full force The beneficial owners listed in Part 1 are the ultimate shareholders of 4T SA and contributed their shares to 4T SA. 4T SA owns directly in its own name the shares of Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings SA
