On December 13, 2010 the members of the group (the Lock-up Group) have agreed to partially extend the lock-up undertaking entered into prior to the merger between Arpida Ltd. (now Evolva Holding SA) with Evolva SA with regard to a part of their shares in Evolva Holding SA (the Shares) and conversion rights (as previously disclosed). With regard to 45% of their initial aggregate holdings (i.e., with regard to 51,011,141 Shares and 4,949,046 conversion rights) the lock-up undertaking continues to be in force up to and including August 31, 2011, provided however that shares may be transferred from this Lock-up Group into the coordinated sale group under certain conditions. Any such transfers would be disclosed. With regard to 45% of their initial aggregate holdings (i.e., with regard to 51,011,142 Shares and 4,949,046 conversion rights) the lock-up extension agreed on December 13, 2010 has expired on May 23, 2011; Additional information can be downloaded from the Evolva website www.evolva.com/press-investors/investors/disclosure-shareholdings
