The filing that was submitted on June 9, 2011 was not required because MassMutual did not have over 3%, in aggregate, of voting interests of the issuer. Corrective filing for the form that was submitted on June 9, 2011. On June 9, 2011, MassMutual filed a Form II Disclosure of Shareholdings for MassMutual's aggregate position crossing over the 3% threshold to 3.06%. However, MassMutual has now learned that MassMutual, in aggregate, did not hold the voting discretion over 47,015 shares. With respect to these shares, OFI and BAM hold the investment discretion, but the voting discretion has been retained by the clients. As a result, MassMutual, through its subsidiaries, did not hold over 3% of the Issuer when the filing was submitted on June 9, 2011 (this fact was unknown at the time of filing). Since that time, MassMutual's aggregate voting interests have remained below 3%.
