Box 3186, Wickhams Cay 1, Road Town, Tortola, British virgin Islands, whose shares are 100% owned by Vekselberg, Victor F., Moscow, Russian Federation and Zug, Switzerland. 2. Relationship between Liwet Holding AG and Viktor F. Vekselberg: Liwet Holding AG, c/o Renova Management AG, Bleicherweg 33, 8002 Zurich, is a 100%-subsidiary of Berdwick Holdings Limited, 1 Naousis Street, Karapatakis Building, 6018 Larnaca, Cyprus, which is a 100%-subsidiary of Jollinson Limited, Nestonos, 5, P.C. 6035, Larnaca, Cyprus, which is a 100%-subsidiary of Renova Innovation Technologies Ltd., 2nd Terrace West, Centreville, P.O.
