Tweedy, Browne Global Value Fund

Tweedy, Browne Global Value Fund (the "Fund") is a subdivision of Tweedy, Browne Fund Inc. (the "Company"), a corporation incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland. The Company is an open-end registered investment company registered with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC"). Shares of the Fund are publicly traded in the U.S. and are owned by approximately 71'000 shareholders. The investment manager for the Fund is Tweedy, Browne Company LLC ("TBC"), an investment adviser registered with the SEC. Pursuant to an investment advisory agreement between the Fund and TBC, the Fund has delegated voting authority with respect to 53'473 bearer shares of Phoenix Mecano AG (the "Shares") to TBC. TBC is deemed to be the benecicial owner solely by reason of its authority to vote the Shares. TBC is not an economic beneficiary of any of the Shares. The Fund is the sole economic beneficiary of the Shares. Reference is made to TBC's Disclosure of Shareholding published on December 24, 2003 pursuant to Article 9 and Article 17 of the previous Ordinance of the Federal Banking Commission on Stock Exchanges and Securities Trading.
