Each of the members of the group is a long standing institutional investor in Sika AG. In light of the company's announcement of 8 December 2014, the members have, whilst each of them continue to be individually responsible and entitled as to the voting rights and economic benefit of their shares, agreed to cooperate on a case by case basis in their dialouge with the company and other constituents as well as in the exercise of their rights as shareholders. Threadneedle Asset Management Limited ("TAML") as Investment Manager for certain portfolios and investments schemes. Threadneedle Investment Services Limited as authorized fund manager for certain investment schemes. Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A. as authorized fund manager for certain investment schemes. FIL Limited("FIL")and its subsidiaries. FIL is aninvestment adviser which provides investment advisory and management services to a number of non-U.S. investment companies or instrument trusts (the "international Funds") and certain institutional investors. Cascade Investment, L.L.C. is an entity wholly owned by William H. Gates III. William H. Gates III acting as co-trustee and settlor and Melinda French Gates acting as co-trusteee of Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Trust.
