assuming the exercise of the over-allotment option in full lock-up undertakings of acquirers until August 6, 2015 Mobile Challenger Group S.à r.l. has its registered office at 20, avenue Monterey, L-2163 Luxembourg, Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, and is jointly controlled by (i) CVC European Equity V Limited, with its registered office at 1 Waverley Place, Union Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE1 1SG, Channel Islands, acting as the general partner of the following shareholders of Mobile Challenger Group S.à r.l.: CVC European Equity Partners V (A) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners V (B) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners V (C) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners V (D) L.P. and CVC European Equity Partners V (E) L.P., each with registered office at 190 Elgin Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman, KY1-9005, and (ii) CVC European Equity Tandem GP Limited, with its registered office at Lime Grove House, Green Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE1 2ST, Channel Islands, acting as the general partner of the following shareholders of Mobile Challenger Group S.à r.l.: CVC European Equity Partners Tandem Fund (A) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners Tandem Fund (B) L.P. and CVC European Equity Partners Tandem Fund (C) L.P., each with registered office at Lime Grove, House Green Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE1 2ST, Channel Islands. Sunrise Communications LP has its registered office at 1 Waverley Place, Union Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE1 1SG, Channel Islands and is controlled by its general partner Sunrise Communications GP Limited with its registered office at 1 Waverley Place, Union Street, St. Helier, Jersey JE1 1SG, Channel Islands. Sunrise Communications GP Limited is jointly controlled by (i) CVC European Equity V Limited, acting as the general partner of the following shareholders of Sunrise Communications GP Limited: CVC European Equity Partners V (A) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners V (B) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners V (C) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners V (D) L.P. and CVC European Equity Partners V (E) L.P., and (ii) CVC European Equity Tandem GP Limited, acting as the general partner of the following shareholders of Sunrise Communications GP Limited: CVC European Equity Partners Tandem Fund (A) L.P., CVC European Equity Partners Tandem Fund (B) L.P. and CVC European Equity Partners Tandem Fund (C) L.P.
